You will see that I have been making use of your writings in the
"Harijan". But you should go deeper into the matter and have
greater mastery over language and expression. There should be no repititions.
What you write about cities is not practicable. The horse cannot stand in
competition with the motor-car. But if we can give up hankering after the
motor-car, we can obtain different results. I too don't like the motor-car.
But it is no use competing with it. If the nation adopts non-violence
(Ahimsa), madness for car, etc. will vanish by itself. The motor-car has
nothing to do with man's growth. It is enough if it does not spread to the villages.
We tried your method of avoiding fermentation. Please refer to Gajanan's
article in "Harijan". |
